WE OFFER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS IN NITROX DIVER, ADVANCED DIVER, RESCUE DIVER, DIVER FIRST AID AND OXYGEN DELIVERY.

The EAN/Nitrox Course can be taken along with the Open Water Course or after the student earns a certification. The course trains and certifies divers to dive with a different gas mixture than air so that the divers can safely stay underwater longer within depth and time parameters. This course includes online education and at least four hours ZOOM classroom instruction that covers safety, depth, and time limitations for Nitrox, how to use tables and simple math to figure proper gas mixtures, and advantages of using Nitrox properly.

The Advanced Course is for Open Water divers who want to dive deeper with advanced experiences. ScubAmerica’s Advanced Course includes logged experiences on one of our trips including current diving, navigation, boat diving, coral reef diving, wreck diving, deeper diving, and skills practice. Certification also requires Rescue Diver certification which can be accomplished either before or after the Advanced course. The Advanced Course also provides online education and about four hours ZOOM classroom instruction.

Our NAUI Rescue Diver course involves pool training, online instruction, about four hours ZOOM classroom instruction and a day of Open Water training on rescue evolutions and simulated emergencies.

Our NAUI Diving First Aid includes the DAN course on handling diving emergencies, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and Oxygen Delivery. It is an excellent adjunct to our Diver Rescue course.

These Continuing Education Courses are fun and valuable for the diver who wants to continually learn more about diving and who wants to increase his or her skills.
